I AM Yoga Therapy™ (also known as Body Psychology or Somatically Tuning In) is a trauma-responsive, nervous system-aware practice that uses supported postures, conscious breath, and gentle facilitation to help release tension and restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Using the support of the wall, props, and assisted holds, you’ll be guided into areas of tightness, discomfort, or energetic blockage in a way that feels safe and grounded. As we stay with sensation—rather than pushing past it—you gain access to the hidden stories the body holds, making space for insight, softening, and often, release.

Integral Breath Therapy is a deeply restorative, guided breathwork process that bridges body, mind, and spirit—gently opening the doorway between conscious awareness and the subconscious.
With eyes closed and body supported, you'll be led through a series of connected breathing patterns designed to move stuck energy, release stored emotion, and activate the body's natural capacity for healing. This practice isn’t about pushing—it’s about listening, allowing, and softening into the wisdom of your own breath.

Through the use of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and the human voice, I create immersive soundscapes designed to gently guide your body and brain into a deeply relaxed state. This is known as brainwave entrainment—when the brain naturally begins to synchronize with certain sound frequencies, allowing the nervous system to downshift from stress and reactivity into calm and restoration.
